When replying, offer helpful, polite, and constructive responses.
Critique ideas, not people.
4. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional links.
Limited mentions of your own website, blog, or social media are allowed only if directly relevant and helpful.
Unauthorized advertising may result in removal and/or a ban.
5. Protect Privacy
Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, private emails) of yourself or others.
If sharing your own contact information, do so with caution.
6. Follow Legal and Ethical Guidelines
Do not discuss or promote illegal activities, trespassing, or breaking park regulations.
Always encourage Leave No Trace principles and responsible outdoor behavior.

Refrain from using profanity, explicit content, or offensive imagery.

8. Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property
Only share content, images, or gear reviews that you own or have permission to share.
Credit sources when sharing tips, reports, or gear information from other creators.
9. Listen to Moderators
Follow directions from forum moderators.
If you have concerns about moderation, contact moderators privately—do not argue in public threads.
10. Have Fun and Help Each Other!
Share your trips, ask for advice, and support fellow hikers.
